One of the things I have learned from my visit to Rome is that the historical monuments and architecture are the essence of Rome.

When I was watching all these giant monuments and architectural wonders of Rome like the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain etc. I was admiring how ancient Rome had such artistic architecture, which is admirable in this century too.

The Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill of Rome are two of the biggest archaeological sites, which hold a lot of information about ancient civilization and life. You can visit both of these sites on the same day as they are near the Colosseum, as featured in our perfect 3-day itinerary for Rome.

Several festivals and occasions were celebrated near the forum. It was the Romanian empire’s most celebrated place. You can still find ruins of various shrines and temples.

I was fascinated by the architectural details of the structure and the planning of the buildings around it, which are still advanced as present architecture even after so many developments.
